1.  DESCRIPTION

Antel Acrylic floor paint is an environmentally friendly floor paint using the most up to date in acrylic emulsion systems. Upon application, evaporation of water takes place to produce a tough resilient film. Due to extremely low odour and quick drying time, it makes it ideal for use in areas where employees must return to work in a short space of time.

For use on concrete floors.

1 Litre, 2.5 Litre, 5 Litre tins.

4.  USAGE RATE

5 Litres will cover 48m²

5.  COLOUR

Specific colours can be produced upon request, within reason.

6.  SHELF LIFE

12 Months in sealed container.

7.  INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

7.1 Preparation:

Surfaces must be dry and free from all foreign matter such as dust, grease, and dirt etc. Weak or loose material should be removed. Best results can be obtained by using the appropriate Antel cleaner. Due to the porosity of substrates it is important to apply a primer first. The use of Antel=s Acrylic Floor Coating Primer will give best results.

7.2 Mixing:

Stir the contents of the tin until uniform.

7.3 Application:

Apply by brush or roller onto the primed surface. Two coats of Antel Acrylic Floor Paint is recommended. The second coat can be applied within 4-5 hours of first coat.

7.4 Curing:

Touch Dry 4 - 5 hours
Foot traffic 24 hours
Vehicular Traffic 7 days.

NOTE: Relative humidity is particularly important because of its affects on the evaporation of water from the coating. Therefore Acrylic Floor paints, in general, should not be used in areas where high humidity is a problem.

7.5 Cleaning Tools:

Wash tools immediately after use in clean water.
