1.  DESCRIPTION

Antel Concrete Cleaner has been developed to meet the requirements for a simple, highly effective cleaner for all concrete and similar surfaces in industrial situations.
The action of the product is unique in that it both restores concrete to its original shade and penetrates beneath the surface to provide a mild etch, thus facilitating excellent adhesion for subsequent floor coatings, Epoxy Resin floorings and other superimposed toppings. This low cost cleaner is non flammable and easy to use making it ideal for the routine cleaning and maintenance of industrial floors etc.

2.  USES

For the instant removal of oils, greases, animal fats, blood, waxes, lime and other forms of contamination found in concrete resinous toppings, terrazzo, granolithic, stone, rubber, ceramic tiles, thermoplastic tiles, wood and asphalt. Antel Concrete Cleaner is recommended for cleaning floors in garages, car parks, transport departments, industrial situations, dairies, abattoirs, farm buildings, engineering works, food factories, breweries, printing works etc. The product is ideal for floor preparation prior to the application of Antel Epoxy Resin Mortars, Floorings, and Coatings.

3.  PACKAGING

5 litre and 25 litre non returnable containers.

4.  STORAGE

Store in cool, dry, well ventilated conditions in original containers. Protect from freezing.
Keep out of reach of children.

Shelf life - indefinite.

5.  USAGE RATE

Coverage is approximately 25 square metres per 5 litres dependent on the porosity of the surface and the degree of contamination.

6.  HEALTH & SAFETY

Antel Concrete Cleaner has an acid base and much care must be taken as imitation to the skin and eyes can occur. It is harmful by inhalation and irritating to the respiratory tract. If in contact with the eyes flush with water for at least 15 minutes and obtain medical attention urgently. Prolonged or repeated contact with the skin can cause severe irritation. Wash contaminated skin immediately. Harmful if taken internally - seek medical attention immediately. DO NOT INDUCE VOMITING. Keep containers tightly closed when not in use. Wear suitable protective clothing when in use.
Do not let washing down water contaminate ponds or waterways.
Keep out of reach of children.

7.  SURFACE PREPARATION & APPLICATION

Important - The scraping away of excess oils, grease etc will save time and money.

Apply straight from the container and scrub well in using a stiff brush, or scrubbing machine. Leave for 10 minutes and then thoroughly rinse down the treated area with clean water. For the removal of heavy contamination further applications may be necessary.
