Epoxy Grout Aggregate Filled

1.  DESCRIPTION

Antel Aggregate Filled Grout is a three component, high strength epoxy resin system formulated for use in the installation of high strength anchors, support of base plates or any civil or mechanical engineering situations involving high dynamic loads, eg tie bars, bearing pads etc.

3.  PACKAGING        

1 litre, 2.5 litres, 5 litres.

4.  USAGE RATE      

2.5 litres will fill a void 50 mm x 250 mm x 200 mm

5.  INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

5.1 Preparation:

Concrete surfaces should be clean and free from all loose material.  All steel and machine beds should be free from grease and loose rust.   In most cases Antel Aggregate Filled Grout does not require a primer.

5.2 Mixing:

Mix the entire contents of pack 'B' with pack 'A' stirring for three minutes.  Slowly add the blended aggregate to the binder in the bucket and mix until uniform.

5.3 Application:

Once mixed the product can be poured into the hole, bed plate etc. allowing for a slight excess at the upper perimeter of the hole or shuttering around the bed plate.

5.4 Cure schedule:

o        Initial cure @ 25°C = 4 hours

o        Full cure @ 25°C = 48 hours

6.  CURE PROPERTIES

o        Compressive strength : E60 N/mm²

o        Tensile strength :7 days/20NC -15N/mm²

o        Tensile bond-steel : 7 days/20NC - 12N/mm²

7.  LINEAR SHRINKAGE

0.009%

8.  SHELF LIFE

12 months in original containers.

9.  TOOL CLEANING

All tools etc should be cleaned with Antel Cleaning Solvent immediately after use.
