1.  DESCRIPTION

Antel Epoxy Grout Liquid is low viscosity material designed for pressure injection into very fine cracks in concrete. 

It has the ability to chase away water, thus ensuring that adequate penetration takes place even at sub-floor levels where concrete is usually damp. 

It has been proved that Epoxy Grout Liquid will penetrate further into damp concrete than into completely dry concrete.

2.  PACKAGING                    

Supplied in twin-pack sets sufficient to provide either 500 ml or 1 litre of mixed material.

3.  STRENGTH

The adhesive, compressive and tensile strengths far exceed the strength of concrete.

4.  SHELF LIFE

12 months in sealed containers

5. PREPARATION

Epoxy Grout Liquid should be applied to surfaces that are clean and free of any loose or flaking material. 

Free water should be removed the surface but there is no need for the surface to be dry.

6. MIXING

Epoxy Grout Liquid is supplied as a two-pack material comprising of two liquid packs marked A and B. 

The contents of Pack B should be emptied into the container marked A and the mixture stirred until mixing is complete.

7. APPLICATION

The usual method of application is by surface saturation which should continue until the Grout ceases to penetrate.

8. CURING

Pot Life - 90-120 minutes at 20°C

Hard Cure within 24  - 36 hours at 20°C

Full Cure - 7 days at 20°C

9. TOOL CLEANING

Immediately after use, brushes, tools and equipment should be cleaned using Antel Cleaning Solvent.
