1. DESCRIPTION

Antel Epoxy self levelling flooring screed primer has been specially developed to be used in conjunction with Antel Epoxy self levelling flooring screed, for the sealing of application areas.

2. USES

Applied prior to the use of Antel self-levelling floor compound.

3. PACKAGING

1 litre, 2.5 litre and 5 litre tins.

4. USAGE RATE

500 mls cover 2.75m² for 1 coat..

5. SHELF LIFE

12 months in sealed container.

Clear

7. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

7.1 Preparation:

Surfaces must be dry and free from all foreign matter such as dust, grease and dirt etc. Weak laitance and loose or flaking material must be removed by 'grit' blasting or at the very least wire brushing. Best results can be obtained by the use of the appropriate Antel Cleaner.

7.2 Mixing:

Empty the entire contents of pack 'B' into pack 'A' and stir for 3 minutes.

7.3 Application:

Apply by brush or roller.

7.4 Curing:

o        Pot life (160g mix @ 25°C) = 45 minutes

o        Thin film set time @ 25°C = 7 hours

o        Thin film set time @ 10°C = 23 hours

Initial cure 24-36 hours at ambient temperature.

7.5 Cleaning Tools:

Immediately after use, tools should be cleaned with Antel cleaning solvent.
