One Shot CHS X Hardener

1.  DESCRIPTION/USE

Antel One Shot CHS X Hardener is a liquid hardener for urea formaldehyde resins and when applied in conjunction with urea resins, speeds up the curing time and therefore the speed with which joints etc are formed.

2.  PACKAGING        

500 ml non returnable containers.

3.  STORAGE

Corrosive.  Store in original containers at moderate temperatures in a dry, well ventilated area.

Keep out of reach of children.

Clear

5.  HEALTH & SAFETY

A highly corrosive product - can cause sever burns.  It is harmful by inhalation and irritating to the respiratory tract.  If in contact with the eyes flush with water for at least 15 minutes and obtain medical attention urgently.  Wear suitable protective clothing i.e. gloves, eye/face masks as contact with the skin can cause severe burns.

Wash contaminated skin immediately.  Harmful if taken internally - seek medical attention immediately.  Keep containers tightly closed when not in use.

Keep out of reach of children.

6.  APPLICATION

Surfaces must be smooth, clean and free from dust and other forms of contamination.

Shake the container well before use.

Spread the mixed Resin Wood Adhesive by means of a conventional glue spreader or clean brush.   Apply the CHS X Hardener to the other surface using a clean brush.  The surface should be just moistened.  Do not allow any excess free standing hardener.

After the surfaces have been bought together full pressure should be applied as soon as possible.
