Water Based Epoxy Floor Paint Primer

1. DESCRIPTION

Antel water based epoxy floor primer has been especially developed to be used in conjunction with Antel water based epoxy floor paint for the sealing of application areas prior to applying the finished coat.

2. USES

Primer/sealer.

3. PACKAGING

1 litre, 2.5 litre, 5 litre cans.

4. COLOUR

Clear.

5. USAGE RATE

2.5 litres will cover 15 - 20 m² depending on substrate and absorption.

6. SHELF LIFE

12 months in sealed container.

7. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE.

7.1 Preparation

Surfaces should be dry and free from all foreign matter such as dust, grease etc. Weak or loose material must be removed. Best results are obtained by the use of the appropriate Antel cleaner.

7.2 Mixing:

Mix the entire contents of pack >B= with pack >A=. Add water to adjust to desired viscosity and agitate for 3 minutes.

7.3 Application.

Apply by brush or roller to the prepared surface.

7.4 Curing

o        Pot life @ 20°C 1.5 hours

o       
Tack free @ 20°C 5 hours

o       
Through cure @ 20°C 10 hours

7.5 Cleaning Tools:

Clean tools immediately after use with clean water.
