1.  DESCRIPTION

Antel Cement Accelerator (Frostproofer) is an admixture for the use in concrete, mortars, rendering or screeds.  The addition of Cement Accelerator speeds the cure time and so allows concrete to be placed in winter without the worry of frost damage.

2.   DIRECTION FOR USE

Add the Cement Accelerator to the gauging water. Never add directly to the dry aggregates.

The following mix ratios should be used according to the temperature.

2°C to -2°C --- 1.25 litres per 50 kgs of cement.

-2°C to -5°C --- 2.50 litres per 50 kgs of cement.

5 litre, 25 litre and 200 litre sizes available.

4.   PROPERTIES 

a.     Better workability.

c.     No worry of frost damage.

5.   COLOUR

Brown.

6.   HEALTH & SAFETY

Avoid contact with eyes.  Wear suitable eye protection. Wash all spillages from the skin immediately with soap and water.
